We are committed to offering the highest quality, professional counseling and coaching services.
Grace Counseling Services is now accepting select insurances: Highmark, Aetna, Optum/United. We will hopefully be adding UPMC soon. In addition, we accept HSA/FSA cards as a form of payment. Payment can be made in cash, credit card, and check.
In the event you would have medicaid Insurance (example: UPMC for you, Aetna Better Health, etc) you will need to call the number on the back of your Insurance card, to request a list of in-network providers in the Pittsburgh area.
Unfortunately, we can not see clients that have this insurance due to state regulations.
Cancellation and no-show policies
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, Grace Counseling Services requires a 24-hour advance cancellation notice.
There will be a $65-$85 dollar fee associated with late cancellations and no-show appointments.
